After less than a month the 2b screen blanked out and went blue. This is not the quality I expected lifetime warranty or not. Since I live overseas from your facility, sending it back for repair is a bit of an inconvenience. So in the short time of owning the 2b I am not impressed.

Man oh man why did I wait so long to get into the Rolls-Royce of electro systems?!
The versatility and control of output on my Pebbles device is miles beyond that of the lesser TENS units, resulting in glorious waves of writhing agony without a shred of that annoying sharp stinging pain often associated with other systems.
The difference is simply mind-boggling!

My experience was excellent. I mistakenly ordered an accessory kit that did not fit the unit I was buying. I got an email from a representative to alert me of my error and after getting my ok she changed my order saving me $150.00. The shipping was fast and received in perfect condition. I haven't been able to use the product yet do to surgery in a very sensitive area. I look forward to trying it out as soon as I can. Thank you.

My partner and I ordered the 2B Bonus Pack and are extremely satisfied with our purchase. E-stem products are of high quality and I have been very happy with what I have purchased so far. And customer support has been great - quick and responsive. Thank you. The only thing I was disappoint in was the time it took for this last shipment. I thought I would save a few $, but it took almost 3 weeks to receive. A friend of mine just bought something and paid the higher shipping and got his items in a matter of a few days. Lower shipping $ not worth it. I know E-stem doesn't control
We do recommend paying the extra for Express Shipping as unfortunately at certain times of the year the Postal Services do get overwhelmed, so we are sorry about the length of time it took for your order to arrive.

Shipping costs way too much and you can't get free shipping now matter how much you spend. Because of this, I only buy directly from them if there is a sale and I can't find things elsewhere.
That being said, their products are top notch! Excellent quality. My only complaint is the shipping. Products are worth their costs.
I have their 2B system and even plugged in I could use more power for some of the insertable electrodes. However, it is still a great product.
Unfortunately trans atlantic shipping is expensive. We could offer free shipping but to do so we would need to increase the cost of the products but for many of our customers who are not unhappy with the shipping costs this would be unfair so we have chosen not to do this, but we are sorry if you felt that the cost of shipping was too high for you.

Maybe I just need better instructions. I was pleased and disappointed as well. the penis plugs were very light weight and felt like plastic. the metal rings and the rubber ones have different size plugs so you can�t use them. maybe I just need some instruction on the use. not use them together. the black edition bobble has not been useful. I don�t know why it has not worked in any combination. the sound was the best part do far. but again the rubber rings and it have different plugs. I ha
We are sorry you have had issues. The Penis plug is certainly not plastic, but aircraft grade aluminium hence being so light. As for the connectors, we do detail the sizes of all connectors on the product pages along with which cables are required, but we are sorry if you missed this information.

To start. The shipping time of my new 2B was only a few days. Impressed, yes.
Having owned a ET312b for many years, I initially (*and not having Any guidance to the operations, I found it a bit confusing, so it took me several frustrating trys to get the "Power" that I was looking for out of it. Note, I finally did. The features that I don't so much like, It does't hold power edits after turned off....and every time I change modes, there is a LOT of knob twisting to get Back to full power. Site and pages don't have a smooth flow to them.
The product is e-stim pebble is great with one small issue. It is rather difficult to remove the batter from it's cavity. A tool ends up being required to leaver it out.
I am sorry you didn't like the flow of our website. We do state in the manual for the ElectroPebble that a tool is the best method to remove the battery.

The website isn't ideal, but it works well enough. Communication was basically 0; I got one email when I ordered and one when it was processed; after that I heard nothing until it showed up, but it did show up within 2 weeks, which is quite fast.
The product itself works well, and for more things than you might expect: it also works for overly tight muscles and ligament strains.
I am sorry that you did not receive all the emails, having check we sent 4 emails relating to your order, included one with tracking informatin. Unfortunately sometimes emails either get blocked or filed into Spam which is not something we can control.

Both my partner and myself are having great fun with our 2B. The Moaner & urethral sounds are brilliant. We both have our own penis plugs (my partner is female so maybe there needs to be an appropriate female name) PS. After using the penis plug, we occasionally get a tickle irritation the next day for around 24/36 hrs. It was more intense for my partner at first and she thought she might have a UTI . A urine test was done & no infection was found. We are both extremely careful with pre cleaning

Went through a number of 9V batteries with pebble box before negative wire broke. I purchased 2b box and adapter now it�s a whole different world, so much power. I tend to keep it on hi power while trying to learn the different modes have come close to the big�O� several time but a 78 yo it might a few more try�s. My wife said by my vocal expressions I am there now. She want even come in the room to check on me. Love the 2b Will return pebble box to get wire fixed. Thanks Kay

I had used P.E.S. products about 30 years ago and it was and I assume continues to be very well made, but does not include any programs. They also seem to have a supply chain problem with their well made accessories.
After lots of looking around, I went expensive again and am happy with the 2B, but as the web site indicates, their is a learning curve involved, but time and patience have slowly increased my enjoyment of the B2, and I am only using the battery, it's enough.

It�s a powerful unit until the battery runs down halfway. I did not get the power adaptor because I�m off grid and would like to see a car cigarette lighter adaptor in the future. Select button is recessed and I have to use my finger nail usually. Otherwise the 2B is just about as powerful as my stereo estim without the burns

My E-stim systems 2B pak was posted very quickly & with tracking to see progress of the whereabouts of it.
It's a great product and much better than the Tens unit I have.

Shipping was pathetic but I understand Royal Mail UK may have been the problem. This item was ordered in November and arrived in January 2023, very disappointing. Otherwise all okay.
Unfortunately there were issues with Royal Mail due to industrial action and a cyber attack on them, which is why we do offer an Express Shipping option, but we are sorry for the length of time it took for your order to arrive.

Website instructions for getting up-to-date (ie how to update firmware, but first if you need to, and if you have the right drivers, and the right commander version, and the right firmware download) ... I had 10+ tabs open trying to get through all the steps. 5-star website improvement: A single page (or better yet, app wizard) that gives instructions, asks questions and walks through the exact steps. But the device?! Amazing.
Sorry that you find our instructional videos difficult to follow, but all our units come with the current released firmware, the use of beta firmware is only advised for advanced users.

I am satisfied with my purchase although I am very disappointed that the synchronization mode of channels A and B is incompatible with the recording option (record file). I am a nipple fetish player and being able to have the same feeling on both nipples at the same time gives me a better experience. Unfortunately, I cannot save and play record's when this mode is activated. It seem that this option is unsupported. It's very disappointing.
This is incorrect there is no synchronisation mode, and there is no need to link channels if using the record function for session files as the channels can be changed simultaneously through the session file. The customer has been advised what to do.

I SPECIFICALLY asked on the form when I placed my order to NOT require a signature�yet twice now, a signature was required.
The website is quirky, you have to scroll down to see the items you are looking for. It just isn�t intuitive.

Excellent all the way around. A few month ago I bought a Helix and some accessories. Very much enjoy the Helix. Had a problem with an adapter. Not the unit, it worked marvelously. But one adapter just did not fit. I contacted customer service and after a couple of emails new adapters were sent out. Did I mention how much I enjoy my Helix? I've been playing around with it for a few weeks and don't see what everyone is raving about. It's somewhat better than my $30 tens unit. I don't know why I can't even attach the anal prob directly to penis tip like on a tens unit. I guess I have to figure out some adapter because the wires between the anal prob and simple penile trode are different. The stereo input only works on and off. I regret spending so much $ for nothing special.

Because people here are not frequent shoppers with stores outside the US, I suggest you include a note to US shoppers that their purchase must go through Customs before it is delivered. The US Post Office let's you track the package, but their description of the facility doesn't make it clear that the package is in Customs. I realize you don't control this, but it would help your customers better understand the process if you included that little note. Other than that, everything was great.
Information is already provided on our shipping page about the fact we ship from the UK and that items need to pass through customs but as you say we have no control over the information provided by your postal service.

I wasn't aware that the system that I bought only had one plug-in point.
That said, the output feels a lot stronger than the two plug in pebble I bought a few years ago, and I'm very happy with it. Great output and control, and its definitely good at inducing a great time.

We bought a number of items. Two of them don�t work well for us but the others are superb. The cock straps are difficult to work with and create hot spots, also they tend to want to slip off. We also purchased a penis plug but it slips out easily as well. The red collection plug and electro egg are very fun to play with. Overall, we are pleased and will continue to purchase more products.
We are sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, but like all things in life not everything is suited to everybody, but we are glad that overall you are happy.

Everything as advertised. I bought right before Valentine's day to have available for Valentine's day. Then I see 25% off. It crushed me because I could have bought an electrode to compliment the 2b pro pack for basically the same price that I paid at full price. The mobile website is very hard to navigate.. the full desktop version is better but still needs a better asthetic and simpler navigation.

Great! Although you should include the digital link cable. It's $99 for what is probably something that costs $0.5 to produce and the upgradeability of the product is one of the major selling points.
We do offer a 2B pack with the Digital Link Interface include, but it is an interface and not a dumb cable and the cost is a lot more than you are suggesting.

I think the website experience could be a little smoother. I was also a little unclear on the different connector sizes.
The Usability of the 2B itself could use some tweaks. It very much has a �mediated� feeling vs direct control. It�d be hard to get into with less that 200 characters remaining!

I am sorry of you feel the large graphics that we use on the products are not easy enough for you to see._br /_ As for the 2B I would suggest that this is more to do with your expectations than anything that needs to change with the 2B.

Since the connection cable is hard, it is easy to use if you soften it.
I repaired broken transistor near screw nut and I can use both channels.

Better management of upgrade / download availability would be nice (could be more apparent) - maybe the "check for updates" and "include beta versions" options would be good.
Given that I'm sure your R&D load is high, theses not a priority, but would be convenient in the future. Maybe until then a more obvious display of version history would be helpfull.

My ET232 is still my go to, but this unit does have a couple of interesting modes. Disappointed that the A and B channels are not completely isolated in some modes so that they can be set independently to create interesting perturbations.
We spoke to the customer about his comment about Isolation and he was looking for the ability to use a different program on each channel. This is not a feature that is available on the 2B or the ET232 mentioned and is something that is no featured on any other units currently available on the market that we are aware of.

Got A bit pain from shipping process. The store assistant can do better assistant to provide more shipping info to customer. All recorded on email.
The issue the customer had was relating to demanding customs information that is not within our responsibility to provide and we did in fact provide all legally required information to the customer, but they did not have a suitable import licence for their country.

Staff communications were excellent via email which prompted me to purchase the 2b power box.
It arrived within a week even though I lived 10,000km away on tiny island Singapore.
Product wise, the 2b was as good as advertised. The box was good and functional.
Power was much more than the Axis and the Flick Duo. The output was also smooth and graduated if required...or it could be otherwise if you so wished to play at a different lavel.

I have yet to use the product, as there was a mixup with my order. I didn't want to create any potential problems for myself if it "couldn't be resolved." That said, the customer service was apologetic, understanding, and quick to resolve the issue. I understand how the mixup occurred after looking at it, and while it is frustrating, and I hope my privacy will be protected, they were a class act in how they handled it. The replacement is on its way, and not every company would be so trustworthy.

my first estim box and I'm really happy with it! though the egg has a matte finish not glossy. I'm not sure if this was misleading images or a design change. it makes me a little uncomfortable that I can't see any seal around where the cord enters the egg. it seems like a crevice that is hard to impossible to clean without taking it apart, and the instructions directly say not to take it apart.
The product description for the Helix Red Pack clearly states that the Electro Egg is the Satin version and the photo of the Egg also shows it is a Satin Egg, so we are sorry if you felt mislead but the information is there to read and see._br /_ The Egg is sealed at the cable, hence why the product is not designed to be taken apart as this will break the seal.

Still in process of learning how to use E-Stim, at least it is a well made produce not crap like cheap one. Got commander work as well. It sure powerful as only went approx. 50 to 60% in pulse rate in lower power. I cant image how much power it does have in high mode! I am happy with E-Stim B2 and Bipolar Anal plug. Still working on penis ring as hate to feel electric arc by using self adhesive electrodes pads. Gonna research more about penis ring stuffs.

I have used the E-Stim several time now with my Mistress in Poland over the internet. Initially I needed Mike's help to set it up properly. It works great and gives the remote user lots of options to explore. She is having a lot of fun experimenting, some fun, some torture. Aside from one other product I know of, which is a internet controlled chastity device only, I don't know of any other product the versatility of the E-Stim. This is a quality product not like junk from China.

Great product, very well made. Website is frustrating, especially on mobile, you have to scroll most of the way down the page to see the details when clicking on a product because the menu, reviews and information sections use up a lot of room.
For about $30 shipping I was expecting faster than Royal Mail International.

One comment for manufacturing concerning the cables. I suggest using a short length of heat shrink cable insulation to hold the wires together at the ends so they don�t tear apart with use and become two separate wires.
The cables are designed to be able to be split to facilitate various set ups where the two contact points might not be very close together, but thank you for you suggestion.

This is by far the best e-stim system I have ever used. Worth every penny of the investment. The operation of the unit is very simple yet offers well-thought-out adjustments and an impressive granularity of controls. I love the small size and portability of it all and the hands-free operation. I have used E-Stim multiple times over the past year. The products are of excellent quality, a bit pricey but remember you get what you pay for. Earlier this year I had an issue with my Pebble and contacted E-Stim. As soon as the purchase was verified the process was amazing. I sent it via UPS from So. After much back & forth with Mick about how to work the controls I finally have the unit working correctly. I think that a basic set of instructions included in every unit shipped would be very beneficial for all involved. Now here we get into personal preferences; I bought both the dipstick and the penis plug and I prefer the dipstick. Also my unit came with an electro egg but I would love to try one of the Black collection. Unfortunately I can't justify the price just for something to try.
We do provide a full manual which explains the modes and what they do so we are sorry of you did not understand these instructions and we will look to see if we can make them easier to understand.

When if first ordered my Helix I was delighted at how well it worked! I had bought a beginner kit from someone else and it was so so. After using the Helix I discoverred what it was really all about. I then ordered the ElectroPebble because it had the two channels which is twice at good with more different kinds of settings. Along with my first purchase I also ordered a Moaner insertable which I loved and plan to order another, bigger one in future. Your products are great !!

Very good product...and delivery was pretty fast.
Would be nice if audio cable had not the same connector than the one for the other devices ( socket A & B) to avoid confusion.
Internet linkage would be sooo much more interesting if video could be included to the setting interface.

Thank you for your feedback. We use standard 3.5mm jack plugs and sockets so as to make our products as compatible with as many audio devices as possible. We chose not to include video within our software as there are plenty of video platforms already on the internet and so we didn't seen the point in re-inventing the wheel on that and it would have only increased our costs, which would mean we would not be able to offer the software to our users for free.

My only issue is when I ordered the extra straps the suggested cable was a bi cable and it actually called for a 4mm cable. So I essentially ordered something I didn't need, although I still need the 4mm and have to order that now.
The BiCable is not mentioned on the Electro Straps page, and having corresponded with the customer they accept that they have made an error. We do our best to make things as clear as possible so we welcome feedback if things are confusing.

Tracking was a bit spotty. So I wasnt able to know when delivery was expected, until after it was delivered. Customer service did very well explaining to me what was going on.
Product is what was advertised and displayed. Would be nice if the sounding rod was a bit longer, but no conplaints with it.

Shipping (even to the US) was quick. Customer service people are quick to respond to emails with questions, product seems quite well-made (as it should for the price).
I inquired directly if the company had plans on a prostate-specific plug, and I was told that all of the plugs are designed for prostate stimulation (if it reaches the prostate). I bought a large torpedo; although fun, it's not doing the trick (or really doing any better than any of the cheaper plugs I've tried).
All of our anal insertables can provide prostate stimulation, and some are more effective than others depending on how deep the prostate is. We are sorry if the one you chose is not doing it for you.

Products are top quality but shipping is expensive and web site is hard to follow and find products and it didn�t seem like there was much choice of urethral sounds for the e stim box I have. I would like to see more product options and shipping cost lower.
We have a choice of 15 different urethral products, so we are a little surprised you could not find what you were looking for. As for shipping costs unfortunately shipping to the US from the UK is not cheap and orders for single small items such as cables is not cheap but we have minimum costs to cover.

I got the 2B and despite the price the quality was definitely worth it. It is absolutely amazing and I love every moment as it gets every little button for me. Shipping was decent and I have no complaint, though I wish I could add delivery instructions. But the question I asked was answered rather quickly and clearly. The website however is a bit confusing. Bouncing around trying to find the 2b and the accessories felt clunky and while I found everything it took me a bit.

Excellent power box - very high quality. Lots of detailed information to make informed purchases. My only (very minor) complaint is that shipping to the US is a little pricey. But my order shipped quick and was well packaged so it isn't a big deal. Certainly not enough to deter a purchase - especially with how great the products are!

Outstanding product. Programs coordinate the independent channels. The microphone and stereo modes are �meh,� even with the provided sound CD. They are just not as desirable as the programmed modes.

The Electro Pebble XPF is what I bought and I found it to be smooth & strong.
Use the Flange with penis plug and a sticky pad on the front side of your jewels bag. Don't forget lots lube is key. WOW!

Electro pebble battery box dimensions too tight. Battery terminals constucted of too light gage of metal. They get deformed changing batteries and you have to reshape the devices battery connector terminals with needle nosed pliers. For the price of the E-Pebble, it should not be so difficult to remove and replace the battery.
The battery compartment is a standard size and is designed to be tight fitting. We provide both detailed instructions in the manual and an instructional video online showing how the battery can easily be replaced in under 60 seconds, if these instructions are followed then it is quick and easy. As for the battery connectors these are again a standard product used by many different manufactures other than ourselves and with care there should be no issue with it, but we are sorry of you have had issues.

Wis you provided a choice for egg size, or maybe a better device for that purpose. I find it low quality and impossible to clean, not to mention way too big so I feel it was a waste spending the extra cash.
The battery port is a total disaster.. getting a fresh battery in there will drive a man MAD!
The ElectroPebble we believe to be well priced when compared to our competitors, and we do provide 3 sizes for the Electro Egg, although only the Medium Egg is available as part of the ElectroPebble XPE pack you bought and we are sorry if you find the Medium Electro Egg too big for you. They are made from aircraft grade aluminium and cleaning is a very simple matter of wiping it clean with a disinfectant wipe or toy cleaning wipe. _br /_ The Battery compartment on the ElectroPebble is a standard size and is supposed to be tight to avoid the battery rattling around. There are detailed instruction in the manual and an instructional video online showing how the battery can be changed in 60 seconds if the instructions are follow, but we are sorry if you find it difficult to do.

I like the power box and accessories quite a bit, but the battery leads already broke away from the snap pad. I have to put the bare wire ends in the snaps to use it. Not sure if I can get this repaired somewhere.

I like my E-stim Helix and stuffer very much. The website is pretty good but it's hard to find out information for someone new to sensual estim. There are helpful videos on YouTube, but I didn't find them from the estim website. Pictures of all of them layed out next to a person to get sense of their size would help a lot.

Bought a 2B box with all the trimmings. Good quality, but I was expecting excellence given the price. Microphone mode barely works, the microphone is not sensitive more than 2 inches from the box. Customer rep does not seem attentive to the issue. My package was stuck on the border to US for 5 days, this not really E-stimsystems fault. Shipped fast
We have entered into lengthy correspondence with the customer and also had the unit back for testing and found no fault with the unit. We have also been doing development on an update to the Firmware which will have improvements to the Microphone mode. So I would suggest that perhaps our Customer Service rep was very attentive the the issue. We do our best to help all of our customers where we can. _br /_ Unfortunately delays can occur with customs clearance if orders are sent via the Postal Service, one fo the benefits of the Express shipping is expedited Customs Clearance.

Everything works fine, except Commander software does not have 64-bit support on Linux.
You are correct we do not provide a 64-bit version for Linux as if we provided one it would not run on 32-bit,and since you can run the 32-bit version on the 64-bit version this the better option and avoids confusion.

I bought during your 20% discount promo. When I ordered I was asked UK Europe or US and the rest. As I am in Australia I hit the US button, then found that the power pack was 110 volt. So I purchased without the power pack and will have to get one locally. I would have preferred to get everything from you. Maybe your site could be more idiot proof.
The power adaptor is multi-voltage and is provided with 4 socket adaptors for UK, EU, US and Australia. We will certainly look to see if we can make the information clearer.

There is no hard and fast rule as to how long pads will remain sticky as things like skin grease and hair will have an effect on the adhesive. We advise making sure the area of skin is dry and grease free, and if possible with no or little hair. This will help to prolong the life of the pads and after use return them to the contact sheet they are supplied on.

The website is a little awkward to navigate, but I was able to place my order. UPS shipping to the US was timely, but the customs fees were a surprise.
I am not sure I would use a non-US site for purchasing future consumables or trodes. It seems simpler and cheaper to do it within the US.

This is a great product, but I agree with some others about strength. It could be stronger and a power cord adaption thing would be nice. And the battery compartment is too small. So I would call that a design flaw.

i love the quality of the 2B but I have to say I noticed that the "adjust" (speed/ frequency) range seems to be quite narrow. My ET232 seems to have a lot more range of speed adjustment on most settings. Although the "feel" adjustment on the 2B is a nice additional control. I was quite disappointed the 2B didn't have as much speed adjustment range

I like the product and I'm new to it estim in general.
All in all I am very happy with the product, and the shipping was almost unbelievable...very quick!
One suggestion would be to either include a tube of electro gel, or at least let customers know they should buy some at check out....because it is almost mandatory for the conductive rubber and really enhances the use of any estim product......newbies like me don't know.
Having worked with a lot of electronics, I was Impressed with the design and layout of everything, as well as the feel of it. The Pebble looks and feels like a quality product, not a black box! It is very user friendly, especially if you are new to Estim as I am. Seems to pack plenty of power and has enough settings to keep you busy for a while.

The price of $39 to Thailand was too expensive. If it wasn't that I received 10% off the product, I wouldn't have bought it. I saw 12 pounds postage cost on the parcel (about $15) so the cost of packaging, and taking to the post office was far too much (at $24). If I purchased over $400, (for free post) I'd end up having to pay duties at this end.
Shipping costs are unfortunately not cheap and whilst the actual postage costs may have only been £12 this does not include the cost we have to cover of the collection of parcels along with the costs involved in paying staff to package items along with the cost of the packaging itself. Yes we offer free shipping on higher value orders as we can afford to absorb those costs but unfortunately we have no control over customs thresholds in Thailand. There are many customers who can take advantage of the free shipping and not incur customs duty for example the customs threshold is $800 for the USA.

I may not have seen the information, but I did not believe that my order was going to be sent from England and held up in customs in Chicago for 19 days.
My belief that this was coming from somewhere in the US was based on the fact that when I entered the website it had "America" in the title.
The shipping page of the site does state that all items are shipped from the UK and that customs duty may be applicable. No where on our site does it say "America" in the title, the site as it is our worldwide site and not just for shipping to the US. Yes the site is a .com site but we believe that it is clear that items are shipped from the UK but we are sorry if you believed that the items were coming from the US._br /_ Customs delays are not something that we have any control over unfortunately and again this is mentioned several times on the shipping page of the site.

Having spoken to the customer the order was delayed through the Canadian Postal Service which is not something we have control over. Generally delivery by Post is 10 to 14 days but the UPS option is much quicker at 3 to 5 days but is chargeable (See Shipping and Returns page for details)

It would be nice if you had distributors in the U.S. I remember reading on your website that you were working on it. That would save us both on shipping costs. Dealing with my local post office adds 3 days of shipping time (out of your control and not your fault).
We are indeed still working on gaining US Retailers but finding good stores is proving difficult. Shipping times can be reduced if the UPS option is used, but this does come at a small extra cost.

I received my product within the time frame schedule. I am thrilled with the quality, ease of use, owner's manual guidance and overall performance. All of the products I received are of a high quality. I had problems with another companies electrical leads but not with those from E-stim. I am still experimenting with settings but have achieved a few hands free orgasms to date. There are at least a couple things I will order in the future. Now if I can find someone to share with would be great.

Great looking product. Woukd have been nice to get some examples of how to connect things up in different ways. Website feels a but cluttered but one can still get around in it. I bought a penis plug but dont seem to to have the right cable which was a slight let down. Overall i am happy however.
We are currently working on a new look website so hopefully that will address your comments over the site. It is not always easy to cover the large number of options of how you can use these products but we will look to see if we can do something on this. In relation to the PenisPlug and cabling we have done our best to cover the various cable options on the webpage, but perhaps with the revamp of the site the information might be easier to understand.

My experience with the E-Stim2B System has been phenomenal; while I am still experimenting with the device and its accessories, I am very happy with the quality of the products and the customer service I have received.

I was pleased with the way the order was handled. It was fast and efficient. Although I did not return the unit, it is flawed. It does not work in the 'continuous' mode. The other two modes work find. Some work may need to be done on quality control on the units before shipping. Since I am a novice, I did find it a bit expensive.
We are sorry that there was an issue with this unit, and we have since contacted the customer and are currently waiting for the unit to be returned for us to deal with this issue. All our units are thoroughly tested before they are dispatched but like all electronics they can fail when first used and we do our best to deal promptly with any issues once we are aware of them._br /_ The issue of cost is always a difficult one, but our units are very reasonably priced when compared to other electroplay companies.

Although my 2B had an immediate failure of the A channel jack, the initial response for repair or possible replacement has been good. I've received quick responses to my communication and have no reason to believe that resolution of the matter won't be the same.
Unfortunately this unit did fail on arrival and we swapped the unit out straight away with a brand new replacement.

This A-box is just for the very beginner. For people like me who grew into the hobby using (and burning out) Stereo stim; this device makes not much sense. Biggest problem is week signal and 9 volt battery feed. Hindsight is 20/20. Probably I will sell it somehow.
The A-Box is indeed an introductory unit for those wishing to dip their toe into the world of Audio Stim and as a mono unit it is unfair to be comparing it to a Stereo stim unit. We are sorry it did not live up to your expectations.

This is my second order. Shipping to the US is sort of an issue. Expensive and takes a long time. My first order was sent by standard mail, no tracking. My second order was by UPS. Faster and tracking but pretty pricey. How about signing up with a stocking distributor in the US.
I know that ErosTek does sell some of your products,not all.
Shipping is a sore subject with many people however we do try and keep the cost to a minimum yet provide a service. Free shipping is via USPS which is on average 12 days and is always a tracked service, and UPS is a tracked service generally taking only 3 days, but this comes at a price._br /_ We are actively seeking stockists within the US but this is a long process.

This is the second e-stim device I've bought. Liked it okay, but the audio link stopped working after the first day.
For the price of a TV set it should be a little more reliable.
This is certainly something that should not have failed. We have tried contacting the customer to rectify this but so far he has not responded.

I received the 2B in excellent condition. It came packed in it's own plastic container with foam fillers and was packaged in a cardboard box.
The unit itself is quite powerful and has a great range of programs and adjustments. I had the most expensive competitors box for several years and the 2B is every bit as powerful. First HFO on 2nd try.

Website a little busy / difficult to navigate. Shipping very slow but US customs was a part of the delay. Time to delivery after shipping was 13 days. This is definitely a barrier to future purchased. Customer service was very good.
The website is currently being looked at and will get a facelift shortly. This delivery was sent via USPS but there is the option for UPS expedited but both are subject to possible Customs delays.

The only negative relates to having to use you international site and pay in USD rather than GBP which would have given me a much better exchange rate to AUD. Since you are a UK company I don't see the logic in making customers pay in USD - you are losing a competitive advantage.
The reason for using USD is that the majority of customers using the site are from the USA, however we do now offer AUD as a currency. We also have a European site which does cater for both Euros and GBP.

I spent 40 hours or more trying to figure out how to get Commander to work. Although I think I have finally figured out my end of it, the Dom's end is still facing a lot of work. Major problem was finding out the Port or PID #. I think the Dom will have much more difficulty with that task than I did. NEED FAR BETTER INSTRUCTIONS!
The issues that the customer was experiencing where with access to their computer from the outside world rather than any issue with our products. For Commander to work remotely it requires port forwarding and setting within their Router and Firewall, neither of which are supported by us as we can not possibly cover all variations of Router and Firewall Software. He was referred to his service provider for advice on these matters.

Remote box is under powered and the range of the transmitter is very limited, my Mistress could not get it to respond unless She was 2 meters from the box, aiming it directly at it.
Customer has been advised to change the battery in the transmitter, and having spoken with them they have tried different electrode placement and they are getting better results now.

Great products, very good advice and information. The only problem is that for non-residents of the UK it's possible to start shopping in the UK store and then have to abandon everything and switch to the US store at the time of check out. That's a bit of a nuisance.

Excellent overall. I only wish the package will come with 2x 2mm cable to utilize the dual output.
The Ultra Pack comes with a 2mm cable for use with the loops or pads and a 4mm cable for use with the Flange. The contents of the kit are clearly described on the site.

Fast service on a good product, but UPS charged a $22.60 "brokerage" fee at delivery.
This is unfortunately down to the US Customs service. This fee is based around the import duty charged by Customs and is unavoidable.

My 2B with accessories sat in U.S. Customs for weeks despite my paying for 2 day shipping. When I was finally able to pick it up from the local UPS, the sales invoice showing what I ordered was taped outside the box.
I don't know where the fault lies, but I will not be ordering from this company in the future.
We have been in contact with this customer and the issue was down to the FDA selecting this parcel for further investigation. As a result of this delay we felt it was only fair to refund the shipping cost. The customer has accepted this and is happy with the explanation._br /_ We have now got in place a process whereby the sales invoices are no longer required on the parcel so this will improve privacy.

Being in the US many of the male plugs were 2.5 mm. The UK product has 3.5 mm plugs. I was confused by this, but Mick cleared everything up for me.
He also pointed me to a 2.5 mm converted to 3.5.

Frankly pretty disappointed. This thing has the same standard controls of a standard tens unit. I was looking for a lot more modes. Should have gotten the other one I looked at in the first place.

Everything except the shipping is great. The box had the package contents blatantly shown, with prices, on the outside for anyone to see. I understand there is customs to go through but there are other methods for handling that. The delivery driver doesn't need to see what's in the box.
At the time of shipping we had no alternative but to provide invoices on the outside of the parcel to satisfy Customs requirements. We have now got a process in place with UPS so that we no longer have to do this, and so this will improve the privacy for our customers.

Order was shipped and arrived in great time. The product (moaner) was exactly as hoped, and has lived up to its name quite well. The triphase cable has also worked flawlessly. The only thing I would recommend on the cable is some kind of marker on which banana plug goes with which connector plug (to identify Channel A and B more easily).
